“Day Of” Wedding Coordination

“Day Of” Wedding Coordination service is designed for the couple who has completed all their wedding plans and wants a professional to execute these plans on their wedding day. Our day of wedding planning service begins two weeks out.

We tie any loose ends so you will be at ease. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications so that your special day is flawless. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests and vendors. Our team will communicate with and guide your vendors for set up according to your timeline.

Absolute Wedding Package

Absolute Wedding Package is our all-inclusive and most popular wedding planning service. It’s exactly as it sounds…absolutely everything you’ll need! This service is catered to busy couples who want their ideal wedding but may not have the time to plan and execute their vision while keeping their day job.

Monumental Events by Margo will be available to you on an ongoing basis. You decide how involved you want to be in the planning. With our professional guidance, you’ll be informed of deadlines and enjoy every minute of your wedding experience.

Essential Wedding Package

   The Essential Wedding Package is designed for couples who need assistance during the last two months of their wedding planning (the busiest time). We can help you complete the event design that compliments your vision and budget.

After your initial consultation, two months prior to your wedding, one of our consultants will complete any unfinished wedding plans. On your wedding day, we’ll be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests and vendors. We’ll conduct the ceremony and reception according to your specifications so your day is flawless. Monumental Events by Margo Coordinator will guide your vendors through set up according to your timeline.

A wedding planner is a hired professional who understands and has an advanced knowledge of what is required for planning a wedding and the many details that need to be handled on the big day. We are a resource of information, allowing our couples to be as involved as they wish in the planning process: we can plan every detail from start to finish or step back to offer moral support as needed. What information should I provide the wedding planner with?

    

During your initial consultation, we suggest providing the following to your planner:

· an estimated budget

· an estimated number of guests

· the desired wedding date, month, or season

· a general idea of your wedding style (grand, traditional, modest)

When is a good time to engage a wedding planner?

  

Ideally, you will hire your wedding planner immediately after your engagement so that you may begin working with them right away. Most of our couples contact us approximately 12-9 months prior to their selected wedding date, however, Monumental Events by Margo has designed comprehensive services that can commence at any point prior to your wedding day.

My reception venue has a wedding coordinator; do I still need to hire a wedding planner?

  

A venue coordinator works for the venue; their job is to answer your questions about the venue and assist you with your venue layout. They are someone you may contact if you need extra reassurance about the details of your wedding venue, however, their loyalty is to the venue. Their job does not include all the other details that go into planning your wedding.

A wedding planner, on the other hand, is involved from the very beginning of the planning process. Your wedding planner will handle each detail of your wedding from start to finish – everything from finding a venue and the appropriate suppliers to actually being there on your wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly and as planned. Having a wedding planner reduces the natural stress of planning a wedding that you can enjoy the entire process and have complete confidence that all the details are taken care of for you.
